Terrible management. Signed a lease that i was under the impression included an elevator. When I moved in here there were already elevator issues and got the runaround from Silvia bravo that it’s totally fine and just a hiccup that would be ironed out. When I say constant issues, I’m not joking. This elevator has broken down countless times, I’ve personally gotten stuck inside with other neighbors- Super unsafe. The property is poorly managed, no known super or manger on premises, building is loud and noisy. The light is always off in the vestibule & its Hard to get in touch with people and the management office screens your calls. & they lack understanding about everything. They don’t answer complaints. They prefer you call 311 and get fines. They don’t follow tenant guidelines and they don’t care about their tenants concerns.
Woooooow they have many options for selection of apartments from more than 500 apartments among 10-15 properties / buildings all over NEW YORK ( Brooklyn, Elmhurst, Jackson heights) and across New Jersey at very reasonable rents and also 24*7 emergency maintenance services...
They don’t care. My parents live here and it’s disgusting. So dirty. noone cleans, management doesn’t care doesn’t do anything I try calling no one picks up ever.
Broken windows with no window guards shower not working properly and is at 150 degree Burning my daughter no lead inspection was done . I called 311 apparently they rather deal with the fines
