Good store. A little disorganized. Bathrooms were both out of order
I was denied store credit for items I bought with a receipt. It’s so rude, the same person that helped me get the blanket when I bought it (one day ago) denied my return. Tinesha the store manager. Finally, I found the receipt was able to return but as a Five Below customer that comes to let my daughter shop once a week, corporate should know about this and will. The cashier was extremely nice.
Use to like coming here for my children to find cute birthday things for their friends and little gifts for them doing well and having good behavior. Unfortunately, they do not have a working bathroom for customers so I can’t shop here anymore. No bathroom kids means you don’t care about your clients…you just want their money.
Shot out to the employee Roux at this location. We needed a graduation balloon last minute and even though the store had just closed, she was gracious enough to let us run in quickly to grab one. Great customer service and consideration, thank you again!
