I came today to get some supplies for my classroom and Bubbles checked me out. She was so nice and friendly! In my opinion, she is the perfect associate to have interacting with customers. The manager on the other hand didn’t seem like he was having the best day— I said “thank you” as I was leaving, and he didn’t smile or speak back lol. Either way, my experience with bubbles made up for it. I will be back! :)
The shopping experience was ok. A couple of rowdy teens hampered that some. I did find what I was looking for and more- yay. What gave them only 3 stars was the cashier. She really killed my happy ending. We found items that were priced incorrectly and pointed it out. Instead of finding a way to fix the issue, she simply put our products on the side and said "there's nothing I can do." We had to ask twice for her to get some help- we really wanted those items.
