Store was a mess, employees didn't even acknowledge you were there because they were playing with their friends. Sad that they don't take the customer service seriously and make you feel welcome.
Had issues with pac man head phones. Took it back to return and they went beyond what they could to make it right. We grabbed other headphones since usually we have no issues with their headphones and my children really like their cute styles.
Cool shop with nice things for low prices. Not like Temu which sells crap for nothing, they sell good things for close to nothing here.
The employees looked and acted very unprofessional.
