Very disappointed with the customer service at this Five Below location. My nephew paid at the self-checkout with a $50 bill, and the machine took the money without properly completing the transaction. One of the employees actually saw us put the money into the machine, yet when we asked for help, the other employee treated us as though we were being dishonest. No public restrooms. Was denied access with toddler who needed restroom. How sad and inconsiderate
Was a little messy and they are constantly stocking. So there are boxes all over the place and carts with boxes. There is a lot of missing items. Didn't find what we were looking for.
