Customer service is horrible, there’s 2 girls that were working today November 28 around 1pm at register and they were talking about customers before they left, saw them doing it in front of a girl that decided to not get something and girly with long black hair didn’t even wait till she left to start talking about her, be better, that’s isn’t good at all.
I usually come to five below with my family, prices are true (and they have a section of 5 above stuff), great service, and the hours have been refined, or so I thought. Came at 6:08 to buy some off brand Lego flowers and they were closed for inventory. I get the need to keep their shop running and all that, but I wish they updated the time on map apps, then I would have planned to go to another one. Disappointed.
Reasonably priced, and interesting items. Love it. ♥️
