This was my first time visiting a Five Below. I only went in to take my granddaughter to get her a little something. I was not impressed with how everything was setup, things everywhere, it looked liked everything was over packed in the store. Just a very messy store. No greeter. No one at the registers to assist. Every register had a sign "register closed" somewhat in those terms. Then a customer had to tell us they actually do work, so I proceeded to ring up my items. Would I go back, sure? Several self checkout registers that can’t be used because you have to wait for someone to check you out. What is the point??? Yall need to change that!
Five Below is not the same as anything more. Feeling like Im a thief at the end of shopping literally gives off a horrible experience and not having enough people at the checkout area literally waste your customers time. if an employee is to check the customer out, then get rid of the self checkouts there’s no point to them!
