I was greeted nicely and the store was neatly stocked today. I’m just wondering how the store can be called Five Below and some items start at $7?
helpful staff and massive, two level store!
I'm not sure if this was just this particular location, but I didn't have the best experience here. The store itself is two floors, with seasonal and rotating items on the first floor and the more permanent inventory upstairs. There's also an escalator between floors, which is convenient and makes browsing easy. And it's always been a cheap place to grab some fun gifts. My main issue was with the bag policy. Closed the store 45 minutes early for reasons they “can’t discuss over the phone” ridiculous
I felt very unwelcome here. The workers seemed to be watching and following me and my friends, and at one point a worker said right in front of us, “they are coming up the stairs now.” It made us feel singled out and uncomfortable, especially as Black and Hispanic customers. No one should be made to feel that way.
