I came in for a return yet the first staff member directed me to the manager who I explained that I did not have the physical receipt but showed the picture and asked for store credit (because I understand policies) and was told the store credit was fine yet was left at the front with no staff to address the issue.

I need to exchange headphones that were unopened and ask for manager at the door and was told by two employees one who is always mean and nasty that there are no returns without receipt I proceed to get another pair and pick up a pair of headphones and the short mean one ask me am I shopping because I can't shop with my small ball that I came in with after I'm halfway to the escalator 1529 Chestnut St Philadelphia PA 19102

Definitely a store geared towards adolescents/teens with the bright lights, bright colors, music choice, younger staff, and specific product selection. As someone a little older than that, I felt a little out of place in such a store. However, the staff were welcoming, greeting guests upon entering the store. Store has 2 levels, joined by an escalator. They have automated checkout machines to keep the shopping experience efficient.
