This review has nothing to do with the food and everything to do with Five Alls’ customer service. I had scheduled a dinner for my anniversary on June 15th around 6:15pm about a week in advance. Literally as my husband and I are walking out the door to head to the restaurant, I get a phone call. I do not remember who I spoke with, but I certainly remember what he told me. First time eating here and absolutely loved it! The food is amazing, the staff is very friendly. I can't wait to come back!!
I have been going here for over 30 years! Started out going for Prom etc. now I go every January for birthday celebrations. We always get the same thing! I get the chicken Kiev and my husband gets the filet Roquefort. You start with bread and clam dip,a pineapple drink and a meatball. Next comes soup or fruit. Then a bread basket with a salad. Finally the entree. After that comes dessert. The food is always excellent. It is pricey so we only go once a year but look forward to it all year.
The food was great, but there was an extremely loud table behind us. It was about 8 people... they were literally yelling, clapping, and banging on their table the entire time. I could not even hear myself talk. They were starting their desserts when we were being seated, but they stayed for at least an hour after they finished their food. None of the waiters or waitresses even attempted to get them to quiet down. Considering I spent $80 (plus a tip) on a party of 2, I would expect a better level of decency. The food is great and the atmosphere wonderful. We had a romantic little booth. We both loved it. It was a great place to celebrate our anniversary.
