Bruce and staff worked on our home closing. Our closing was a very difficult situation. It took over 9 months due to complicated trust issues. Our realtor who works on trust properties said it was her most difficult. Bruce was there every step of the way to guide us and answer questions and give us all the facts and options. If was a very stressful time but we always knew where we stood legally. Our family is very grateful for his service and highly recommend.
