Unprofessional, was told to call they would meet us at our home. Hour and a half later they still hadn't returned our call despite messages
I called for info about the type of poc they provide and was spoken to rudely and rushed. Lost me as a customer
Terrible coustomer service...Called for a service but wasn't told the lady that provided the service goes home before the office is closed! Pathetic!
All staff have been so nice and the drivers who deliver the supplys. They have easily given us 5 star service with care !! Thank-you and our " delivery person" has been so kind
