They never told me it was an rental. This CPAP machine broke after 1 months. I called them they never said it was an rental. I never signed an rental agreement. Since I thought I owned it because my insurance. got it. I did not think twice about it. Then I get an message from Blue Cross, that they are charging. Why I never signed any contract. I call them to pick it up. Waited for them to get it, then called them. Oh we don't have you down for a pick up, really

Waited for over a month for my CPAP replacement equipment. I received a call 2 days after my doctor's appointment telling me the equipment was shipping the next week, I called back after 2 weeks only to be told that it wasn't shipped and they were waiting on authorization from someone. Nobody could tell me WHO they were waiting on authorization from (PCP, Prescribing doctor, or insurance) and I had to call back for updates, which there never were any, I was just told to keep calling back, which is ridiculous. My husband called to have his Bipap machine serviced at home. He wás told to wait for a call that never came. Later on in the day, another call was made and the receptionist informed him that the place was closed. Fitzsimmons is only opened Mon-Fri . Any issues that involves a Bipap or CPAP machine shouldn't be limited to Mon -Fri. Breathing is 24/7.

Good luck getting someone who actually knows what's going on! You have to keep calling, being put on hold only told to call back. Then once you do call back, you are told to wait again, and no one answers. good luck if you are forced to use them. update: The driver who is supposed to be delivering the machines, is DELETING the messages as they come in. The dispatch lady was watching it happen.

John Hudson is the best! Thank you John for all your hard work getting Mom an oxygen tank during the electrical outage!!!! He came in the house as he delivered the oxygen tank with a big smile, he was so pleasant, knowledgeable and kind... I'm sure he was exhausted working the long hours during the storm but you would never know it by his disposition... I just wanted to take the time to acknowledge all his hard work & effort . We appreciate you John bunches!! Thank you
