I don't know if anyone's moved in here since we visited Windsor at the end of 2024, but like most things in Windsor it has been left to rot. Does the council charge an arm and a leg to have any businesses in Windsor? Why are there so many places that have been left vacant? Windsor used to be bustling in the evenings, but when we went it was a ghost town, other than the lolly shop.

Awesome to see blackbear have a new home.
Good location. Good service at front counter for drinks. Ordered two mains for dinner, chicken schnitzel and Diane sauce, and brisket box. Schnitzel was paper thin and the sauce tasted watery and fruity nothing like a Diane should. Brisket was reheated and tough.
