Amazing customer service! And amazing work performed! I am used to the military "hurry up and wait" system, so when I contacted John and Teresa regarding an Oak tree tearing up our sprinkler system and sidewalk, I was expecting a long wait for the permits to come in for tree removal. Johnny and his team handled a tree trimming and reduction on a large oak in my yard. They came with a full crew and equipped with a lift and did a fantastic job of trimming and shaping this over grown tree that was taking over my yard and creeping into my neighbors. I was thoroughly impressed with how well not only the work on the tree was done but also the amazing clean-up. This “Tree Company” is a joke and far from professional. They destroyed my yard and refused to come back and clean up the mess. They made the woman that handles whatever on the phone is extremely rude. I do not suggest this tree company to anyone.

I have not gotten the opportunity to personally use them however, I did want to give them a shout out for cutting down a tree that fell in the middle of the street in my neighborhood to help families get into their houses.
