I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. My family used the practice for about 5 years because of its convenient location. The nurse practitioner was great and the place was fully staffed, but Dr. Fitzpatrick was often either unwilling or unable to answer my questions, and kept cutting me off. He misdiagnosed my daughter once and me once for rather serious and obvious problems. We are much happier at a different practice and would never return to bolton family medicine.

Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision
