We appreciate both Dr.’s Fitzpatrick. They are compassionate, friendly, and thorough. Highly recommend!
Dr. Fitzpatrick explained diagnosis thoroughly and answered all our questions. Staff was pleasant and accommodating. Clean facility.
The doctor and staff were very friendly. But there were two aspects that I did not like. 1) A scope was put down my nose to look at my nose and throat. I was diagnosed with GERD and put on medication. Ultimately, I was forced to see a different ENT as nothing improved, and the problem was not GERD. 2) The procedure cost me over $800 as I was not told it would be processed as an outpatient procedure.
