Thank you for an exceptional stay! Hospitable and attentive staff. Excellent cleanliness and comfort and the food was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel and plan to use this establishment for future trips.
Family‑Friendly Experience Our stay at the Fitzpatrick Manhattan Hotel was excellent, thanks in large part to Chris. From the moment we arrived, he was attentive, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. What stood out most was how warmly he treated our son — with kindness, patience, and a genuine smile every time he saw him. As parents, that level of care means everything. Chris turned a good stay into a great one, and we’re grateful for his exceptional hospitality.

It's old but renovated. However, issues such as loose plugs, incorrectly wired light switches, no bathroom exhaust, something in a bottle they call shampoo and soap, pass through room doors that don't lock, room door that appears to have been previously kicked in and not properly fixed, carpet cutouts (repairs) that lift up, long waits for hot water. Sadly, the room looked nice otherwise. It appears they are pinching pennies and cutting corners.
