We stayed at this hotel for four nights and were thoroughly disappointed. The bathroom and shower area were outdated, had a persistent unpleasant odor, and clearly needed refurbishment. Each morning, we found silverfish crawling across the shower tray and bathroom floor — a serious hygiene concern. While we tried to overlook the condition of the bathroom, things escalated on our third night when we woke to find several large beetle/cricket-like insects crawling across the bedroom floor.
