Our fitness studio provides a variety of fitness classes to keep you on track with your health goals while having fun! Our group classes include boxing classes, high intensity interval training, bootcamps, foam rolling, and more. Plus, we have wearable heart rate monitors so you can track your progress every step of the way. Sick of going to the gym and not seeing results? This is the place to be.. as someone who stopped working out consistently within years, and slowly started to see my body get to a place I was not comfortable with- coming here consistently for the pst two weeks has already paved the way for me to start seeing results.. eating right, moderating drinking habits, sleeping enough… all come into play. These classes will give you the push you need to get in a better space… keep coming, be consistent, work hard, ask questions - and watch yourself grow…
So grateful for this place. As someone who was used to working out 4 hours a day in the past!!! This place gives you what you need… All instructors are very supportive of your needs and give lots of encouragement… If you have an unlimited pass you can even go more than once in one day which is awesome!! Thank you to Molly (the owner) and all do the badass instructors there…. Looking forward to continuing my journey with you all…
This place will NOT stop texting me for TWO YEARS, I have blocked them, repeatedly asked them to stop, I do not want to join this gym. I do not currently live in California. I am begging these people to stop text messaging me
I have enjoyed every class so far!!!
