RecommendedThank you to Eric and George for helping our 8 year old get the most rad bike ever for his birthday! Went to every bike shop in town and while all places everyone was friendly and helpful, Fitzgerald’s went above and beyond. We wanted it to be a surprise, but we knew he probably should be fitted. These guys made it a fun birthday “experience” while giving us confidence it was the proper bike. Everyone was very knowledgeable but didn’t make me feel out of place and answered all of my silly questions. Thanks guys! You rock!
The staff at Fitzgeralds is welcoming, knowledgeable, and friendly. They helped us find the right bike to suit my daughter’s needs for bike riding with the Special Olympics. I would highly recommend them! 👍🏻
I know nothing about road bikes but needed to invest in one for triathlons. Fitzgeralds didn't have one in stock but found the right one for me, special ordered it, and I was riding it within a week. Friendly, knowledgeable staff that answered all my rediculous newby questions. Hands down the best shop in Jackson.
George did an excellent job converting my Rolling Darryl rims to tubeless, as well as fixing a disc brake installed incorrectly by another vendor. Highest marks!
I have a 25 year old trek road bike I bought 5 years ago. These guys tuned it up with meticulous attention as if it was a race bike. It's never been this dialed. Thanks guys!
