Pretty good, could have been better .
DO NOT BUY an ID.4 it’s the worst car we have ever had. Volkswagen will not replace the car or help us out of our lease even though it has been in the shop for months more than 4 times in one year.

The staff here were very nice, but what happened with my car is unacceptable. After a tune-up, my vehicle suddenly had starting issues, and another mechanic discovered the alternator had been disconnected — something that does not happen by accident. They also did my oil change, but the oil light is still on. To make matters worse, they programmed a key for me that’s missing the actual key, and despite being promised a follow-up email, I never got it.
