Great service team!! Mike is your man if you’re ever in a pinch. Very dedicated and responsive. Goes above and beyond! I recently had my car computer die and basically total my car while on vacation from Florida. He communicated with me every step of the way and handled everything while I’m a thousand miles away because I had to fly back to Florida. Made sure I received all my property and car plates. Very unfortunate situation was made easy with Mikes help. Not all heroes wear capes

DO NOT BUY an ID.4 it’s the worst car we have ever had. Volkswagen will not replace the car or help us out of our lease even though it has been in the shop for months more than 4 times in one year.
