I recently bought a VW but not from this dealership and needed an interior replacement on something that was broken. They were so kind and communication was incredible. I called to check if the part was in stock and it was, and I was able to get an appointment that week. I dropped my car off the night before and the after hours key drop felt safe and secure. Was underwhelmed by the service, they refused to troubleshoot and just offered a 5k replacement on the watergate valve on my turbo. I made it clear I understood if they attempted to unfreeze the waste gate they would need to charge for that labor and the replacement. They could not seem to understand that I was willing to pay a little to attempt a fix. Went home, got the valve unfrozen with some penetrating oil, easy peasy. Don’t appreciate them only offering the highest dollar fix, makes me question buying a golf next time ... read more
