I loved it! The process wasn’t terrible and everyone was nice. My car was exactly what I wanted it to be. Todd was my salesman and took great care of me and my family. I couldn’t be happier. If you are looking to buy a car for the first time or again I highly recommend Fitzgerald’s Hyundai!!
I met Mr. Velgos about a 1 or 2 months prior to my purchase my mother and I stopped in. Had my eye of a Hyundai Tucson but still convinced as a mother of 4 I needed a 3 row vehicle . He kept following up by email but this wasn’t the car for me. However I kept up with the inventory and finally seen the car on my list that I NEEDED . THE BUICK ENCLAVE. I was dreading going to look for a new car. My old Jeep Liberty with over 200k miles was on its last leg. So my wife and I went shopping for a car we could afford on Saturday. Great experience! They were very kind and explained a lot to me even it was my first car purchase and I had a lot of questions, they helped and showed every step of the way. I couldn’t be more happy with my new affordable car I got with a such a good deal! Would totally recommend if you’re looking for something not too costly, but remaining in the range of good warranty and service.
Chet is sales, Joe in financing made the transition pleasant and smooth.. the guy in the back that I assume is a mechanic took the time to explain some features in the car I didn’t know about… someone within the office definitely needs to work on his customer service skills… good thing for Mr Fitzgerald the rest of the staff make up for his lack of service.
