Worked with Charlie who was a very polite and excellent salesman. We noticed a vibration issue with the vehicle I was purchasing and he had it sent to the service department to be evaluated. The used car management team (Marlin & Alex) were only willing to negotiate on my trade by an increase of $500. Don’t even waste your time to come in to get your car appraised. They have no idea about what are they doing. Made me drive 30 mins for an $3,650 offer to made up some numbers ONCE I got here to offer me $1600. What a joke. Hope you don’t lie to more people!
