Worked with Charlie who was a very polite and excellent salesman. We noticed a vibration issue with the vehicle I was purchasing and he had it sent to the service department to be evaluated. The used car management team (Marlin & Alex) were only willing to negotiate on my trade by an increase of $500. Most of the paperwork was transparent throughout the purchase process but I was hit with a $199 electric filing fee in the finance manager’s office that was on none of the previous paperwork I had been given. Don’t even waste your time to come in to get your car appraised. They have no idea about what are they doing. Made me drive 30 mins for an $3,650 offer to made up some numbers ONCE I got here to offer me $1600. What a joke. Hope you don’t lie to more people!
