About a month later, I noticed fluid leaks and tried several times to get the car into their service center, but never received a call back. My experience at this location with Jon was excellent.The car I wanted was on the other Fitzgerald lot and Jon had it brought down to the used lot. Very helpful and personable, as was everyone at this location. This was our 8th purchase from Fitz and all have been great, the vehicles and the interaction. This location has remained true to the Fitz Way as we have known it, which is why we chose to transact our purchase here.
If you are a woman looking for a fair deal, great service and a transparent process this is the place to go. Sales assoc. Christian Quintero walked us through the entire process, while other sales associates were smiling and friendly. We walked away with a beautiful car at a reasonable price. Christian even followed up on a small request the next morning, on his day off! We found a car on the website and bought it within hours. Excellent experience.
