I called on a Sunday to check on the availability of 2 used cars I saw on their website, and spoke to Charlie. The next morning I did the test drives and decided which one to purchase. After attending to a few work issues in the afternoon, I returned to the dealer, wrapped up the sale with Charlie & Joe, and drove away 4pm on Monday in my 2023 Kia Sportage EX. While the banking & credit parts of the sales process were tedious, the rest was very good! I’d recommend this organization if you are looking for a used car.
