Abi was my sales rep and did an excellent job—professional, patient, and easy to work with. Kevin, the sales manager, absolutely rocks!! Very disappointing experience with this dealership. I was charged an unexpected 3% fee on the invoice, and there was little to no communication from the sales agent throughout the process. On top of that, the coupons/promotional discounts I was expecting were not applied. The lack of transparency and communication made the entire experience frustrating. I would strongly recommend confirming all fees, discounts, and available coupons in writing before completing a purchase here.
We had a terrific experience purchasing a vehicle from Fitzgerald Toyota Gaithersburg. We worked with John and Frank and they were extremely helpful and generous in helping us secure a new Camry. The process was smooth and they updated us along the way as we had to find a car first. I definitely recommend working with them and the people at Fitzgerald Toyota Gaithersburg.
