The car buying experience was more or less easy. The service center is terrible and the collission center is terrible. So once you purchase a car here, I would suggest going elsewhere for all your toyota needs. Lack of communication amongst employees, lack of processes for obtaining documents, or accessing your own documents if they sent via email, unable to get people on the phone, ...etc.

They require sellers to deliver the vehicle to the dealership, stating they will reimburse the cost of a rental car for the trip home since they do not pick vehicles up. Great buying experience, first class all the way !! Anthony in sales was responsive, helpful and communicative throughout our vehicle purchase. I had some special requests that were met with enthusiastic compliance. No high pressure sales, just honest hard work. Seena and Chris helped me find a new truck and they were excellent. Dealt with all my questions and concerns and helped me find a new vehicle I will be very happy with. They move quickly and are very up front, without putting any pressure on you. They know their stuff from top to bottom which was helpful when determining what I wanted. I highly recommended them and will use them if I have any needs in the future.
