Incredible customer service, they offered us so much detail and information on how to approach installing a water heater. The installation went smoothly, the technicians were fantastic. Lot of stress replacing a water heater, and everyone did such a great job making it seamless. Highly recommend their services!!
Johnny responded timely to a kitchen drain issue, was professional and very knowledgeable. He clearly laid out our options (older home, cast iron pipes) and answered questions. He replaced our kitchen drain and associated cast iron piping and replaced a bath tub drain/piping. Excellent job, Johnny! We will be working with Johnny and Voyager to replace our home's remaining cast iron pipes.
I had recently paid a neighbor who is a contractor to retrench and repipe twenty feet of my sewer line connecting to the city sewer almost $7,000 which was a really good, price. The team at voyager plumbing did an amazing job installing our springwell whole house combo water filter and salt-free futureSoft system and whole house analemma in a tiny area (you can see from the photos that it took some creativity). Everyone I met from their team was friendly and professional. Communication was excellent throughout the planning and execution. I am thrilled with the outcome, feel like they provided an exceptional value and would definitely use them again and recommend them!
