I could not recommend more highly! Relocating was a really high-stress situation for us--it is for anyone--but ours was, *extra.* On our end, things kept changing and the twists and turns to the story were beyond complicated. The team that Tracy and Tim assembled to help us--from lenders to contractors, (and even an emergency dentist along the way) are the reason that our move ended up working out at all. Please do not hesitate to hire Tracy and Tim for your real estate sale. I cannot emphasize enough how amazing they are from start to finish. Literally! I repped this sale on behalf of a trust from out of state and they made it so smooth and easy. Their marketing presence is the very best.
