The office manager is the rudest person I have ever dealt with in a medical setting.I had a payment plan set up in writing, and when I came in for my follow up they tried to charge me the full balance up front. When I pulled out the paperwork showing what we'd agreed to, she rolled her eyes and said well that's not how we do it. No apology, no attempt to fix it, just attitude. It's a shame because the dentists themselves seem competent, but the way this office is run is a complete disaster. Find somewhere else.

I’ve been a patient here since retiring from my practice three years ago . Love the office , staff is friendly and efficient. Dr Kim’s skill as a dentist is exceptional , I had to have a crown replaced and redone , the whole process was flawless she is gentle and precise . As a former dentist I can with 100% confidence recommend this office

My children have been going to this dental office for about 3.5 years. I just switched myself over to going and today was my second visit. My first visit was due to a crown being loose and then I had a cleaning right after. My two year old who was strapped in a stroller was getting cranky near the end but overall was good. At that appointment I was told I had a small groove in my molar that needed filled. The dentist told me it would be a quick easy procedure. I have had significant work with implants and dentures. Dr. Kim has given me exceptional service. The process is extensive because of the customized work needed. This required many appointments and flexibility from her team to get a perfect fit. I have had dental problems since I was a young child and have seen more than a dozen different dentist in my journey. Dr. Kim is the best and there is no better team in Western PA.
