I’ve had great experiences with the dentists at Fitzgerald Dental. They are kind, professional, and truly care about their patients. Unfortunately, the same can’t be said for the office manager, Jeanna. She has been consistently rude, dismissive, and unprofessional in her interactions, which is incredibly disappointing given the high standard set by the doctors. Dr. Christy has been amazing, as I had a terrible experience with a different practice many years ago, causing a major fear and distrust from the dentist. She does great work and ensures the patient is kept comfortable. She encourages the patient to speak up when they’re having discomfort or something doesn’t feel right. She, along with her support staff, will explain every procedure. There is no such thing as a surprise when a procedure is being done. So disappointed in this office. I had my cleaning done and was told they recommended an on-lay procedure ( 3 hour procedure.) I had the procedure done and for 3 weeks I have had nothing but pain, sensitivity and a toothache. This is a very fast paced office. I feel like it’s very money driven. I’ve seen 2 different dentist and a bunch of different people assisting when I had my procedure done. A total of 4 different set of hands in my mouth for my procedure.
