My experience first started a bit rough as there was some miscommunication but when I elevated my concern things really turned around. I took my car in for service for my dashboard and it took some time but Johnathan the service manager really impressed me. He was able to listen to my concerns and really turned around my experience. He had excellent communication and even corrected me and stood up for his staff when I was upset. He was the ultimate professional and a stand up guy.
