James my service writer and Ashley my Shuttle driver were great especially since I am Handicap.James and several other guys fixed a lower panel that pop out..This was my second service and again They are great
Horrible experience. I went here a few months ago for my first oil change for my 2026 Kia Sorento. They charged me almost $300, I was there for an hour and a half (they were not busy) and they did not fill my washer fluid (I was almost out when I got my oil changed). Who knows if they actually rotated my tires either. I’m due for another oil change so I called a different dealership and they are charging $115. This dealership is overpriced and did not do the entirety of the service. Very disappointed and feel ripped off.
