Terrible experience with the service department. I cannot speak to the sales department so it is unfortunate this is grouped as a whole. I dropped my car off for an estimate to repair the sunroof track and the sunroof was closed. I was given almost $6k estimate that I could not afford at that time so I declined the repair, no problem. I was told the vehicle was read for pick up. I arrived to get my car and Jonathan told me he wasnt sure how I had got the sunroof closed but he could not and he had to put a "little" but of pla... read more
