this is my sixth (6th) car from Fitz's, and I would not buy a car anywhere else. The staff is "Great"! That means, polite, friendly, knowledgeable, etc., my wife and I both have Santa Fes, and we would not take them anywhere else. In fact, three years ago, my wife and I moved from Gaithersburg, MD, six (6) miles from the dealership, to Monrovia, MD, 26 miles away, and we have never been to the local dealership in Frederick. Personal is very nice, but.... After routine oil change + changing rear blade for 224$ can be provided complimentary car wash? Subaru from other side of building do it. Second issue is a price of service. There is two issues: A. When you schedule service by phone price is acceptable but in when you pay price is higher? Don't tell me please about estimation. What exactly you can't predict? How many time you technician will spend to open oil system lid and close lid, then remove filter and install new filter? Or you don't now ... read more
