Picked out my new Santa fe yesterday on line. Went to dealership and my sales person, Melissa along with the rest of her team did everything they could to make the buying process as easy and quickly as possible. My vehicle was cleaned. Prepped, and full tank of gas when l got there. Been dealing with them since 2007 and never disappointed.
Leo the Service Manager took care of me by rescheduling my appointment without any issues due to a family emergency. My car’s services have been completed in a timely manner and I can attend to my family’s needs without having to worry about getting the car to the shop. I’ve been happy with Fitzgerald’s level of care. I’d recommend them.

I’ll leave the original review below for reference. Here’s the update… after leaving the review below with two stars, two different agents as well as the manager, Claudia reached out to me. They were apologetic about the communication issue. Claudia arranged for me to bring the car in to have the vibration checked out, and to provide me with a loaner vehicle. I had a great experience with Fitzgerald. The sales representative was very cordial and also professional and outlined the complete purchase program. I was specific with my needs. The finance manager presented all of the financial alternatives in a professional manner and I was able to choose and make my purchasing decision knowing that I had my interests protected. The atmosphere was always professional . I received a copy of all of the documents on a memory stick and am very happy with my decisions.
