I worked w/ Muhammad to get my 2025 Sonata Hyundai hybrid Ltd. He was persistent w/o being pushy. At the dealership he made sure I understood my options, and didn’t try to force me into anything. I highly recommend him!!!!!

This past weekend, we had an excellent experience purchasing a new Santa Fe Hybrid at Fitzgerald Hyundai. Evan, the customer representative, was highly knowledgeable, respectful, and engaging. He took the time to explain all of the technology features during the test drive. Once we decided to move forward with the purchase, the application process was seamless. Evan walked us through various purchase options, including rebates and lower interest rates, and there was no pressure to upgrade or purchase additional services.
I have a front end brake 8ssue that has not been fixed in 2 years Fitzgerald stopped in january honoring it's $35/quarter free parts for 1st time in over a decade. Fitz gaithersburg parts store recently shuttered. Service is difficult to arrange..advisors new & often inexperienced Sales people often new to automobiles Katie hall..service director new to automobiles & pretentious & controlling & often clueless Maybe the "fitz way" is getting tired.
