Our salesperson at Fitgerald Toyota Gaithersburg found the car we wanted but it was located at another fitzgerald up the road. He was great and picked it up and called us to come get it. I want to give kudos to Axel Ben at Fitzgerald Auto Mall in Germantown. He made my buying experience a very good one. Went there looking for a Toyota RAV4, of which there were plenty to choose from. I had a hard time making my mind up and Axel went above and beyond in helping me. Had a couple of issues with my choice and Axel was very helpful there as well.
