Dr. Fitzgerald is wonderful, as always. The one receptionist however was NOT. She is the reason for the one star - not pleasant, appeared annoyed, talked over me, just SO rude to me, zero respect. Not one smile from her. Her coworkers were the reason I stayed and I was able to get an explanation of things, in a respectful and kind manner and actually heard, “sorry”, come out of the one nice receptionists’ mouth - EMPATHY!
