Beginning of May I was entered, unwillingly, into Hagerstown’s Red Light roulette. I lost! Someone late for work with kids in her car 🤦🏻♂️ decided to run the red light while I was going through on a green light. Everyone was fine and walked away from the accident, but my 2025 Outback Wilderness, which I just purchased and hadn’t made a payment on, was wrecked pretty good. The pictures don’t do it justice. Service folks were awesome! Had my loaner ready for me, diagnosed the problem and was knowlegeable about my warranty and pymnt. All thumbs up!! Only thing I dont like having to use a call center, they have led me a stray with misinformation. Lauren also was fantastic in looking at my cars history and was able to sympathize with me on how many times I have been in.
Do not go here, absolutely horrible service and they take 10x longer than they should to fix your vehicle. I took my car there to get my horn fixed and they already had the part. They said it would be only 45 minutes to fix it. My car has now been at the collision center for over a week and they haven’t fixed the horn.
Fitzgerald provided the most comprehensive and EXCELLENT experience I have ever had with car repairs. I was in an accident and needed my car fixed. From day one I was updated on the progress daily, they took care of keeping the insurance company updated for me rental car and made the whole process EASY for me in a stressful situation. The finished repair is beautiful looks like nothing ever happened! Highly recommend!!! They will take very good care of you!
