My car has been here for almost 2 weeks to repair a scratched bumper. They had a system outage and failed to tell me when I was recommended to them by Geico for repairs. So my car sat without having an estimate done. I keep checking in and Wednesday rolls around and they are waiting for a part. OK. Friday comes and still no part. Then the following Tuesday comes and they still don't know where this mysterious part is. The lady in the office is very nice and informative on what she can be. However the repair department lacks
I hit a deer on my way home from work, messed up the front of my car pretty bad. They were super nice and helpful throughout the whole process. I have never had to take my car in to get work like this done. They called and gave me updates, ended up being finished 2 days earlier than expected. They even cleaned the inside. Thank you guys so much! My car looks brand new
