I’ve never had any issues here before. I’ve always come here strictly for oil changes and nothing more. Unfortunately, today was a different experience. One of the five lug nuts on my wheel was only partially tightened because the threads were damaged about halfway down. It was essentially just sitting in place while I waited for a replacement. Very personable and good service
Put an inquiry in on a Jeep GC and was told it was available. I then drive a half hour to drive it and was then told it couldn't be test driven or purchased because they hadn't "ran it through their shop." Probably shouldnt upload a vehicle to all the main sites like cargurus, cars.com, and your personal site and tell a customer it's available, and then refuse to allow them to drive or purchase it.
