We had help from their non-court attorneys to try to help settle outside of court. They were very helpful and direct about the process and helped organized and submit documents for us. The company is somewhat flexible with payment options, as we were in a tight spot so we couldn’t afford all upfront costs. So we really appreciate having payment arrangement options!
