I drive past several other GMC dealerships to have my 2021 Sierra serviced at Fitzgerald Buick GMC and it is well worth it. Noel's customer service and professionalism are top notch and is the reason I will have all of my maintenance done here. Great job!!
Worst experience ever. I went out my way to patron this GMC service department because the one near me has horrible customer and years past I had great service here. There's a young guy there now and he's the worst. My car was in service for over several months. When I went to go pick it up the work wasn't even done. I was lied to that an alignment was complete it wasn't. The young man or the actual mechanics lie (or both). DO NOT patron this service department. Es la Segunda vez que llevo mi Van GMC Savana 2500 a mantenimiento Noel Miller, Chris Hyden una atención excelente cuando llamas y pides hablar en español te transfieren de inmediato y amable no como el otro Fitzgerald Subaro que son a rogantes pésimos para a tender a un cliente por teléfono pero este dealer lo recomiendo 100% felisito a este personal que trabaja aquí espero que nunca cambien su amabilidad con los clientes el mantenimiento fue excelente mi Van salío muy excelente gracias por su excelente servicio.
