Highly recommend Clayton at Fitzgerald if you are trying to sell a vehicle. Just sold my vehicle to Fitz and it was the easiest process imaginable with no pressure. Clayton gave us a fair value and didn’t try to low ball us. I had a check in hand in less than 30 minutes. Saved me from the hassle of trying to sell the vehicle myself.
The location has a great sales staff, 5 out of 5. I purchased a Mazda from Bobby in December of 2024, very happy with it. The loss of 3 stars is due to the slow service department. 2 hours for just an oil change is extensive. Now that my free oil services are over, I won’t be back. However, the poor service may only be with the Volkswagen team (George Bromwell). I will give credit to Gustavo with Mazda, who has been quick with two of my services in the past. My husband and I went last week to buy a car. We knew we wanted a Mazda, but weren't sure what model. Brian Quintanilla, the sales rep, was fantastic. He made test driving the various models a lot of fun and pointed out all the really cool features. I wanted a hybrid and the 12-speaker Bose sound system, so we bought a 2025 Mazda CX-50 Hybrid. My family purchased a vehicle from Fitzgerald AutoMall in Frederick on April 26, 2025, and the experience since then has been extremely disappointing. We were told the only issue was a tire sensor replacement, but we've faced repeated problems with both the tire pressure monitoring system and the driver-side window. The tire sensors were supposedly fixed three separate times, yet the issue persisted.
