Shannon is such a wonderful instructor! My mom and I took a yoga class with her on the beach. It was personalized to our needs and she gave us great pointers to use going forward! If you get the opportunity to do yoga with Shannon, I highly recommend it! 5/5

Shannon has the expertise to help any concerns her students have that day like shoulder stiffness, back pain, sore knees, tight neck, etc. She adjusts her lessons to help us through stretching and breathing and manipulation. We feel alot better by the end of class ..thanks to her guidance.
My mom, my sister and I were staying at Treasure Island Resort and we decided to sign up for the yoga class they had a sign for in the lobby. We had no idea how amazing it would be!! Shannon was AWESOME!! We all didn’t have any yoga experience, but that was no problem as she led us through the class beautifully.
