My lease is finally coming to a close, and I could not be more relieved. During my tenancy, property manager Chip Fitzgerald entered my apartment multiple times to conduct tours without giving me any notice. After one of these unannounced visits, my door was left locked in a way that prevented me from entering my apartment. Liz Willis was rude, and unhelpful. On top of that their property had a rancid rotten meat smell lingering throughout the entire apartment. Definitely a health code violation that will and should be reported to the health department. Absolutely despicable and a waste of time… 100% do not recommend. The property you SHOULD avoid unless you want to vomit is 1530 N Longfellow street Arlington VA. If I had to guess the issue exists in all their apartments since their maintenance person “had just left”.

Worse property managers ever. Very rude and unprofessional. Low cost i guess but not sure if it is worth it. Deedee the property manager is extremely rude during any interaction. They all suck
