Horrible management company running bug infested slums.
The tour was very informative and the place was convenient and close to my job. Easy access to metros, and when I spoke to the office staff they were very nice and helpful.

I scheduled a tour and they arrived 35 minutes late. Guy was also in a rush. They also wanted a $500 deposit before applying
I've had a dozen different property management companies and FitzGerald is easily the worst, often outright criminal in negligence. Trust me, you don't know how bad a landlord can be until you've lived in one of their buildings!
