They approved us very quickly, our move in date was set we even got our renters insurance paid for and less than one week before they pushed our move in date for the next week and again less than a week before our second time being pushed back they said we wouldn’t be able to move in at all. We had already paid the holding fee. Thank God I didn’t pay the whole amount that was due otherwise I would be stuck waiting for my money back like I am now waiting for my holding and application fee. My Daughter just moved in it's clean and secured!
This is a great place to live, have lived here for over 2 years and have had no issues if their is a problem the manager and mantience team are right on it and it gets fixed. Also the manager is a kind caring perason that will be their for you on personal level us much as she can. The building is cleaned and taking care of, and no infestation. Also the area of town is very safe and any issues that arises are quickly handled by local police. So if you are looking for a great place to live you should defiantly check it out!!!
