Vivo actualmente acá y el SERVICIO DE LAVANDERIA ES UNA PORQUERIA, PÉSIMO. Hay 3 lavadoras de las cuales pesimamente sirve 1. Y 3 secadoras de la cual 1 sola también. Es inaceptable que no solucionen este problema, pero si quieren que uno cumpla con el PAGO DE ALQUILER MENSUAL, Más no otorgan un buen servicio de lavandería. A los DUEÑOS O MANAGER se les hace un llamado para que solucionen dicho problema, no se hagan de la vista gorda. Por favor y gracias. Ya esto es el colmo.
I’m a current resident here and wow is this place horrible. ROACHES in the apartments AND in the halls. Half of the laundry machine don’t work despite MULTIPLE maintenance requests put in. NO HOT WATER more often than not. I have to put in a work order AT LEAST once a week for this issue. I never receive follow ups for said maintenance. The list of reoccurring issues here could write a novel. I’ve been here a little over a year, never paid rent late, I keep to myself. The treatment is absolutely disgusting. They approved us very quickly, our move in date was set we even got our renters insurance paid for and less than one week before they pushed our move in date for the next week and again less than a week before our second time being pushed back they said we wouldn’t be able to move in at all. We had already paid the holding fee. Thank God I didn’t pay the whole amount that was due otherwise I would be stuck waiting for my money back like I am now waiting for my holding and application fee.
