I appreciate the community and support I find at Fitwit as well as the focus on maintaining mobility and strength. The trainers push me to improve, but also care about me as a person. They know that being able to show up to the next workout is what’s important. My mental health and energy has improved immensely since I’ve started attending classes regularly for the last year.
I’ve been going to FitWit for nearly a year, and I love it! Coaches and members are welcoming and non-judgmental. Classes are challenging, and coaches offer accommodations when needed. I’ve noticed changes in my strength and endurance since I’ve joined. Highly recommend!
This is a great fitness club with excellent group training (classes), small groups, and personal training. There is a strong sense of community. Every training is knowledgeable.
