The Fitwit team has an amazing youth athletic development program. Our boy not only is building muscle and seeing great athletic milestone results, but the Fitwit team also teaches them about how to eat for best performance / health.
I appreciate the community and support I find at Fitwit as well as the focus on maintaining mobility and strength. The trainers push me to improve, but also care about me as a person. They know that being able to show up to the next workout is what’s important. My mental health and energy has improved immensely since I’ve started attending classes regularly for the last year.
