10 STARS My cluster went out on the way to Wisconsin and I had to rely on my GPS the rest of the way there and back for speed while towing a Saturn Vue. not real fun through Illinois lol. Mr Fitts got me in first rhing the next Saturday and had me ready to go again in less the 30 minute while explaining what he was doing. I would highly recommend getting an appointment for just about anything on your GM dash. I will be going back to him with future issues no doubt in my mind.
Fitts is very professional and talks about how it should be working. He also talks about how he is going to fix it. It’s a quick process I will recommend him to all my friends best place to go to get your cluster fix.
Had Mr.Fitts do a full rebuild on my cluster and manual climate control today. Very fast and professional service. Folks do not attempt these repairs on your own. Take to Fitts Cluster repair!
