Excellent trainer
I always get a good full-body workout and I like that the trainers are quick with modifications for injuries or issues. Members are friendly and supportive. The equipment is well maintained. Thanks FiTRAC!
I am just starting my FitTRAC membership after being very happy with the trial membership sessions recently. I LOVED Coach David's first session today! From start to finish, he provided a session that was just right for me. I appreciated the well-chosen mix of exercises, David's personalized guidance on adjusting them to my level, and his warm and supportive style. I felt pushed just the right amount, and I am looking forward to my next sessions!
I had a great few classes with FitTrack and coach Luis’s workout plans. He structured the classes very well and they are never the same. Really enjoy these group fitness workouts giving motivation to each other and having fun while working out. Thank you coach Luis and excited to continue my 21 day program!
FitTRAC feels inclusive to everyone and they host fun local fitness events and challenges in Menlo Park. Members and coaches are all super friendly. Equipment and facilities are ok. It’s not a posh gym but you get a great and varied workout. Coach David is great! He keeps an eye on your form and will adjust to make the workout more effective.
