My son enjoys coming to the gym every week for a good work out with Josh. The coaches are great and so is the staff.
Josh was great. He was friendly, engaging and encouraging. He handled a group with a wide range of capabilities and tended to each of their needs. As a new person I felt like I was put in a position to hit the ground running (mostly because I started with running) but Josh gave me what I needed to get going and checked on me at key times to make sure I was ok. It is hard to make group classes feel like individual training but this was close. I look forward to working with him again.
Tajaen was very helpful with getting me acquainted with the fast-paced workout circuit. Highly recommended!
Great vibe in class and a challenging but doable workout. Brent gave lots of supportive tips and kept class active.
