This is looonnnggg overdue. Coaches Brent and Arianna are fabulous coaches and people. They truly care and are GREAT in their roles. Nice camraderie at both locations in Menlo Park and Redwood City. If you are on the edge to saying "yes" >>> go for it!
FitTRAC Menlo Park Gym is a great place to stay active! The facility is clean, well organized, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The staff are friendly and helpful, and there’s a motivating environment that makes each workout enjoyable. Definitely a solid choice for anyone looking for a positive fitness experience!
Great classes, small calss size. Very helpful trainers!
Brett had a good plan and challenged me on the weight selection. Form for new exercises were demonstrated. He is paying attention to my injuries and giving me good mobility exercises to do at home
