FITT60126 is a great place to get and/or stay in shape. The group of individuals that attend are encouraging and supportive to everyone. I was a little intimidated to go at first, but I have now been there for more than a year and I can't imagine not being part of the FITT team.
FITT 60126 is the best. Classes are always challenging, yet the trainers are always ready with modifications to match each participant's current fitness level. Personal training really helped me to recover from an injury. I have never felt stronger or more fit.
Love FITT60126! Great and welcoming community and challenging workouts for all fitness levels! Instructors are always helpful and can make modifications when needed! Try it out!
The trainers are very knowledgeable. They push you, but also help you modify until you are ready to push further
