I recently chose a month-to-month membership at FitStop 24, and I’m ultimately glad I didn’t commit to a longer term. While the website advertised amenities like tanning and lockers, it turns out these are only available at the Charlotte location and not at the Lansing branch. Over the time I’ve been attending, I've observed several ongoing issues. Nice facilities and staff.
Former 4 year member. Don’t waste your money. There’s no point in going to a 24/7 gym when half of the gym is locked away in the boot camp room, or there is a class in session so it is inaccessible. Sanitary issues. Inconsistency with management enforcing policies. You’re charged a $24 late fee if you pay your membership any time after 1:00AM the day it’s due even if you pay same day.
