Coach Wise is a great boxing coach and the setup is great. They have a boxing room and a serious weight room and it's right of the southside belty and there's a great jamaican restaurant next door. You might say that the place is a hit

Moses is exceptional at what he does. A true master of his craft, he ensures that clients perfect their form, allowing them to work out safely and effectively. Moses is the best trainer I’ve had and I’ve tried many! He is extremely knowledgeable and manages to pay attention to every client during class. He pushes you, while also being aware of what you are capable of. I’ve seen some great results. The hours are convenient, I love being right on the beltline, and FitSquad is truly a community of family.

Great environment, with many available times for classes, consistent trainers and I've been going for 6 months and never done the same workout twice! HIGHLY recommend.
