Matt is an amazing coach!!!!! From Crossfit Advance, my first home, to Crossfit Delaware Valley, he was always great when it came to showing us athletes movement, technique, and how to be better with nutrition. Highly recommend. :)

I have had Matt personally train me, no one is better He makes sure that I push myself, as far as I can but never, never more than I could handle. I t feels good to walk away from a session with Matt. I feel as though I made a step forward and have a sense of accomplishment every time.
