I've been going to Fitrition for about 10 years, and its instructors have made a tremendous difference in my life and health. I hate missing sessions with my class. Keith is knowledgeable about so many things that change our abilities as we age, and he offers alternatives that allow us to continue building strength and balance. The other instructors are also very knowledgeable and help make exercise fun.
