Well, I'm on my second week of thrivelite, and I love it!! I look forward to it and feel proud of myself after each session!! Anxious to see where this takes me.. Signing up for next session!

This morning I did a class and it was great. Good cardio. A very energizing way to start the day. Most mornings I do semi-private training with Tytanic (Jerome). He is amazing and really does a great job of pushing me to do the most I can. I'm seeing awesome results! More muscle, more energy, less fat!
Well I worked out with Superman(David) and the trainer was Hercules(Jerome) very intimidating at first but it was awesome! I think God is telling me something. I'm not challenging myself enough because Saturday b4 that It was superwoman(Sue) and our friend Mike that really is a captain in the air force. Love Fitnow , Merry Christmas everyone

I am starting week 4 on Monday, 1/25. I have really felt a difference in myself. More energy, more motivated and little to none Fibromyalgia pain. Woot woot to Fitnow!
