Great facility! Rich is great to work with and very knowledgeable. So many class offerings-- something for everyone. No matter your fitness level or goal, this gym is will help you get started and stay motivated.
I've always liked the gym for the clean and friendly atmosphere but some of the recent updates make it an awesome place to workout! Outstanding customer service for accommodating members needs.
Friendly staff. Clean gym. All the equipment works, which isn't the case at my last gym. Nice atmosphere.
In my opinion it is very poor. I was a everyday member then started going to uno's Monday through Friday and here on weekends. And then they switched there hours on weekends, your not aloud to bbring chalk for heavy lifts, they only have one incline bench, one decline bench and one squat rack. Today I sat and waited for the squat rack for 20 minutes untill I just got fe up and drove to uno's. Very little equipment in my opinion and just can't meet the neeneeds for me. Many machines to chose from, clean, close and reasonable prices...
I love the Zumba classes. The fitness instructors are great and make the class challenging and fun. I also like the variety of classes and gym equipment. I was thrilled to discover that it was close to my vacation home. I am giving up for me.
Very clean gym with a wonderful staff and plenty of equipment.
