I take the Partner Cardio Combat class with Josh twice a week and it is so fun that you almost forget your are exercising! Josh really knows you to push you to get your best workout in, and all of the staff are so welcoming and friendly! Awesome place to get your sweat on!

Great people with all the tools, knowledge, and experience you could ask for in a personal training program. I especially love their Werk and Slurp class where I get in an intense half-hour workout with a premium protein shake in a single lunch break. Definitely check this place out!
