Update to original review: I was followed up with very quickly after leaving my initial review. I received a quote, scheduled an appointment, and the work was completed in a timely manner and so far appears to have been done well. I don't like that I had to leave a review to receive a response, so that why I left it at 4 stars. Thank you for the customer service and completing the repairs. Huge shoutout to my favorite fitness equipment company. I have purchased equipment , I have had equipment moved and I have had equipment serviced. They are simply the best in anything you need related to fitness equipment. I would never use anyone else. Their customer service is impeccable, they work in a timely fashion, get the job done and stand behind their equipment and I highly recommend them.

We have been working with Fitness Smith since my husband purchased his used Precor eliptical. When we moved to Lake Worth Beach we wanted to have it moved to the upstairs where we were making a gym area. They tried their darnedest to get it upstairs, including dismantling as much of it as was possible to get it on our elevator - to no avail. Since it was apart, they did do a quick cleaning. I worked at fitnessmith for 5 years, the managers were very good people, the only reason i left was, because of salary improvements, there is only gratitude for what i learned and friendship that was created in that group, great customer service, and place to work
