It's the perfect gym for women only! Going back tomorrow and then I can workout anytime, open 24/7 for members only!
By far one of the most friendly and flexible gyms available in the area. Mary, the owner, is an amazing and extremely knowledgeable trainer. Would recommend to women of ANY age.
