Buyers BEWARE. Richard at Fitness Warehouse/Wisthoff Industries 2 is a lying, cunning scam artist. We agreed on a price for a fitness machine. He scheduled shipping, delivery date and never delivered the machine. After calling several times, he has not returned any calls. DO NOT DO business with this company.
Fitness Warehouse has been a horrible company to deal with. We ordered an elliptical and found out 6 weeks after placing the order that they shipped our machine to another customer by mistake. They then shipped us a different model that arrived damaged. It's now approximately 6 months later, and we are still waiting for the replacement parts.
